    LinkedIn profile, password, location, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.

    1. <i>Information collected via Technology</i>

    In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided
    to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service,
    such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use,
    the device from which you connected to the Service, including the hardware models,
    device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions,
    software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data,
    and mobile network data, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you.
    We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier.
    Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive.
    Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal information

    or use the Service, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile.

    email address, profession, LinkedIn profile, and location.
    We collect precise and approximate location data from your mobile device when the app is running
    in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) if you enable us
    to do so via your device settings.
    We will ask you to allow location tracking before we use GPS to identify your location.
    You may use the app without enabling the collection of location data from your mobile device.
    However, this may affect certain features of the app.
    We also collect transaction information related to the use of our Service
    and payment transaction information (such as amount charged, and payment method).
    By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store,
    and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

    3. <i>Children’s Privacy</i>

    The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18.

    and marketing communications that are personalized based on users’ observed or inferred location,
    interests and characteristics, and inform users about promotional offers.
    The Personal information shared in your Profile settings is fully visible to all users of our Site
    and customers of our Service.

    We retain your Personal Information as long as you have your account/ profile open until you close your account.

    Following an account deletion request, we delete your account and data,

    or because of issues relating to your account (such as an unresolved claim or dispute).
    For example, we may retain your Personal Information even after you have closed your account
    if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security,
    prevent fraud and abuse, defend ourselves against any third-party claims, etc.

    Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to “access” your data
    (meaning, to be informed of the data that we have collected about you), and to “portability”
    of your data (meaning, to receive a copy of such data). Regardless of your location,
    we provide several options for viewing and obtaining copies of the data we have collected about you:

        You can edit the name, phone number, email address, payment method,
        and profile picture through the Profile Settings menu in the app.

        You may request deletion of your account in the Profile Settings menu in the app.
        Closing an account will end your subscription immediately, and your profile, connections,
        meeting history, and other profile data will be permanently removed,
        and won’t be visible to other Site users. You will be logged out of the system
        and have to register a new account from scratch to resume using the Service.

        You may request that we stop using all or some of your data, or that we limit our use of your data.
        This includes objecting to our use of data that is based on our interests.
        We may continue to process data after such objection or request to the extent required or permitted by law.
