Meet My Lunch is a copyrighted work belonging to Wood Bull's Capital Inc (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can create and share their business profiles, connect with a wide range of professionals to meet in person, and build their network while sharing a common passion for food and communication.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data (data about how you interact with our services, i.e., access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, app crashes, and other system activity), general demographic information (i.e., birth date/age, gender or occupation), referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

Personal Information includes your full name, email, phone number, photo, profession, LinkedIn profile, password, location, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.


1. Information collected via Technology

In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data, and mobile network data, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. 2. Information you provide us by registering for an account

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site or use the Service, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. To create a profile you need to provide personal information, including your full name, email address, profession, LinkedIn profile, and location. We collect precise and approximate location data from your mobile device when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) if you enable us to do so via your device settings. We will ask you to allow location tracking before we use GPS to identify your location. You may use the app without enabling the collection of location data from your mobile device. However, this may affect certain features of the app. We also collect transaction information related to the use of our Service and payment transaction information (such as amount charged, and payment method). By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


3. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Personal Information:

The Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us provide and personalize our Service, so that our Service can be more relevant to you and other users, as well as to communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to authorize access to our Services, create/update accounts, personalize users’ accounts, perform necessary operations to maintain our service, including troubleshooting software bugs and operational problems, contact users in response to questions, process payments, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, monitor and improve our customer support responses and processes, provide ads and marketing communications that are personalized based on users’ observed or inferred location, interests and characteristics, and inform users about promotional offers. The Personal information shared in your Profile settings is fully visible to all users of our Site and customers of our Service.
